Can anyone help me find out why my calls go unanswered? I had a text telling me about a cancelled appointment so I’ve made a number of attempts to get in touch. Each time the same happens, recorded message, music, our receptionists are busy, please leave a message and we’ll get back to you. Left message and phone numbers but so far no-one has got back to me.

Awful experience. The practice had taken over the previous A R Dental. I had prepaid for my treatment to A R Dental but Smile Club insisted that I will have to pay again for treatment. After explaining that I had already paid , I was still shown the door which was a humiliating experience.
